Before you register and proceed with Permit Gate’s work visa services, please ensure you have carefully read, acknowledged, and accepted the following terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Refunds

We maintain a client-friendly 15-day refund policy. However, refunds cannot be claimed if:

• You have already submitted your documents to government authorities through our service.

• You request a refund based on a visa category or feature not included in the package you purchased.

Service Delivery

1. Application Preparation – Our team assists in preparing your application, checking your eligibility, and ensuring all documents are correctly compiled.

2. Submission Timeline – Submission of applications depends on embassy/consulate schedules and may take 1 to 7 business days after we receive all required documents.

3. Express Processing – In some cases, expedited or premium visa processing options may be available, subject to the rules of the destination country.

4. Delivery of Services – Final application files, acknowledgment receipts, and visa status updates will be delivered to you through your registered email or our client portal.

Payment Policy

• We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and PayPal.

• Fees are charged before initiating application processing.

• In the event of suspected fraud or incomplete payment, processing may be delayed for up to 48 hours pending verification.

Updates & Validity

• Immigration rules are subject to change by government authorities. Permit Gate ensures that your application is filed using the latest available guidelines at the time of submission.

• Updates regarding your application progress will be shared with you directly via email, support ticket, or phone.

Modifications

You may request changes to your submitted documents before filing. Once an application is lodged with the embassy/consulate, further modifications will be subject to their policies and timelines.

Unauthorized Usage

You may not use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes, including falsifying documents, misrepresenting personal information, or violating immigration laws of the destination country. If such misuse is detected, Permit Gate reserves the right to terminate your service immediately.

Licensing & Usage

All guidance, templates, and documents provided by Permit Gate are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used by third parties without prior written permission.

Support

Our support team is available via email, WhatsApp, or support ticket to answer your queries.

• General guidance and updates are included in your package.

• Requests requiring custom legal opinions or appeal filings may involve additional charges or require referral to a licensed immigration attorney.

Proprietary Rights

All materials, checklists, and guidance provided by Permit Gate remain our property. You may not claim intellectual ownership of any materials we provide.

Anti-Fraud Policy

Due to increasing fraudulent transactions in visa services, all payments undergo a manual anti-fraud check. In suspicious cases, service activation may be held for up to 24–48 hours until verification is completed.

Price Changes

Permit Gate reserves the right to adjust service fees at any time without prior notice. Pricing adjustments will not affect clients who have already purchased a service package.

Warranty & Limitations

• Visa approval is the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate of the destination country. Permit Gate cannot guarantee outcomes.

• We guarantee only that your application will be prepared and submitted in compliance with the latest official guidelines.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, courier services, or unforeseen global events.

Permit Gate reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
